BERGAMO é NELLA ZONA ROSSA

Norme Generali

• Obbligo di indossare la mascherina all’aperto e al chiuso

• Mantenere sempre la distanza interpersonale di 1 metro

Divieti Spostamenti ( salvo autocertificazione per lavoro, salute o necessità)

SOLO PER LE ZONE ROSSE

• Vietato entrare ed uscire dal territorio posto in zona rossa
  
• Obbligo di rimanere in CASA, vietato OGNI SPOSTAMENTO, con ogni mezzo pubblico o privato, anche all’interno del proprio comune di residenza, domicilio o abitazione.

SOLO PER LE ZONE ARANCIONI

• Vietato entrare ed uscire dal territorio posto in zona arancione
• Vietato uscire dal proprio comune di residenza, domicilio o abitazione con ogni mezzo pubblico o privato

PER TUTTA ITALIA

• Dalle ore 22.00 alle ore 5.00 sono consentiti esclusivamente gli spostamenti motivati da comprovate esigenze lavorative, salute e necessità

• Sempre consentito il rientro presso il proprio domicilio, dimora o residenza.

• Ridotta al 50% capienza mezzi pubblici (esclusi scuolabus)

Commercio

SOLO PER LE ZONE ROSSE

• CHIUSI sempre tutti i negozi (di vicinato, media e grande distribuzione e quelli posti nei centri commerciali) salvo generi alimentari e beni di prima necessità

• APERTI farmacie, parafarmacie, edicole, tabacchi, lavanderia, pompe funebri, parrucchieri e barbieri

PER TUTTA ITALIA

• Sabato e domenica (festivi e prefestivi) chiuse medie e grandi strutture di vendita, chiusi negozi all’interno dei centri commerciali. APERTI SOLO PUNTI VENDITA GENERI ALIMENTARI, farmacie, parafarmacie, presidi sanitari, tabacchi ed edicole.

• Obbligo di esporre all’esterno degli esercizi commerciali cartello con numero massimo di persone consentite all’interno

• Stop a fiere e sagre

Bar, Pub, e Ristoranti

SOLO PER LE ZONE ROSSE E ARANCIONI

• Sospensione totale attività di bar, pub, ristoranti, gelaterie, pasticcerie e tutti i servizi di ristorazione. Consentita somministrazione da asporto fino alle ore 22.00

PER TUTTA ITALIA

• Bar, pub, ristoranti, gelaterie, pasticcerie chiudono alle ore 18.00

• il consumo al tavolo è consentito per un massimo di quattro persone per tavolo, solo se non conviventi

• Consentita sempre ristorazione con consegna a domicilio, e fino alle 22.00 da asporto

• Divieto di consumare cibi e bevande in luoghi pubblici o aperti al pubblico dopo le ore 18.00

• sempre aperti gli esercizi di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande delle aree di servizio autostrade, negli ospedali e negli aeroporti,

Sport

SOLO PER LE ZONE ROSSE

• sono sospesi TUTTI gli eventi e le competizioni organizzati dagli enti di promozione sportiva

• consentito svolgere individualmente attività motoria in prossimità della propria abitazione

• consentito lo svolgimento di attività sportiva esclusivamente all’aperto ed in forma individuale

PER TUTTA ITALIA

• Consentita attività sportiva e motoria all’aperto e mantenendo distanziamento di sicurezza di almeno 2 metri
• Sospesa attività di piscine, palestre, centri natatori, centri benessere, centri termali

• Sospesi eventi e competizioni sportive. Consentiti solo eventi di carattere nazionale

• Chiusi impianti sciistici

• Sospeso tutto lo sport di contatto (fatto salvo eventi nazionali), anche attività sportiva dilettantistica di base

Scuola

SOLO PER LE ZONE ROSSE

• Aperti nidi, micronidi, scuole materne, scuole elementari e il solo primo anno delle media, continuando didattica in presenza

• Didattica 100% a distanza per tutte le altre scuole

PER TUTTA ITALIA

• Per le scuole secondarie di secondo grado (superiori) 100% didattica digitale integrata (a distanza)

• Scuole materne, elementari e medie aperte con didattica in presenza ma con obbligo di indossare la mascherina 😷dai 6 anni in su

• Stop a gite scolastiche

Attività Ludico Ricreative

• Sospese attività dei parchi tematici e di divertimento (tipo Gardaland, Mirabilandia)

• Chiuse sale giochi, sale scommesse, sale bingo e casinò

• Sospesa attività in teatri, cinema e concerti

• sono sospese le mostre e i servizi di apertura al pubblico dei musei

• Sospesi convegni e congressi

• Le funzioni religiose con la partecipazione di persone si svolgono nel rispetto dei protocolli sottoscritti dal Governo e dalle rispettive confessioni

• sospese le attività che abbiano luogo in sale da ballo e discoteche e locali assimilati, all’aperto o al chiuso

• Sono vietate le feste nei luoghi al chiuso e all’aperto, ivi comprese quelle conseguenti alle cerimonie civili e religiose.

BERGAMO IS IN A RED ZONE

General Rules

• Obligation to wear the mask outdoors and indoors

• Forbidden to enter or leave the territory in the red zone
• Must stay at HOME, ALL MOVEMENTS are prohibited, by any public or private means, even within your city of residence.

ONLY FOR THE ORANGE ZONES

• Forbidden to enter or leave the territory located in the orange zone
• Forbidden to leave your city of residence by any public or private means

FOR ALL OF ITALY

• From 10:00 pm to 5:00 am, only travel motivated by proven work needs, health or necessity is allowed
  
• The return to one’s home is always allowed.

• Reduced to 50% public transport capacity (excluding school buses)

Business

ONLY FOR THE RED ZONES

• All stores are to be CLOSED at all times (small, medium and large distribution including those located in shopping centers) except for food and basic necessities

• OPEN pharmacies, parapharmacies, newsstands, tobacco stores, laundromats, funeral parlors, hairdressers and barbers

FOR ALL OF ITALY

• Saturday and Sunday (holidays and days before holidays) medium and large distribution facilities closed, shops inside shopping centers closed. OPEN ONLY FOOD STORES, pharmacies, parapharmacies, health centers, tobacco stores, and newsstands.

• Must display signs outside the commercial establishments with the maximum number of people allowed inside

• No fairs or festivals

Bars, Pubs and Restaurants

ONLY FOR THE RED AND ORANGE ZONES

• Total suspension of bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and all catering services. Takeaway delivery allowed until 10pm

FOR ALL OF ITALY

• Bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops close at 6:00pm

• consumption at the table is allowed for a maximum of four people per table, only if they do not live together
• Catering is always allowed with home delivery, and takeaway until 10pm
• Cannot eat or drink in public places or places open to the public after 6:00pm
• food and beverage outlets in highway service areas, hospitals and airports are still open

Sports

ONLY FOR THE RED ZONES

• ALL events and competitions organized by sports promotion bodies are suspended

• allowed to carry out physical activity individually in the vicinity of one’s home
  
• allowed to carry out sporting activities exclusively outdoors and individually

FOR ALL OF ITALY

• Outdoor sports and physical activity allowed and maintaining a safety distance of at least 2 meters
  
• Suspended activities of swimming pools, gyms, swimming centers, wellness centers, spas
  
• Suspended sporting events and competitions. Only national events are allowed

• Ski resorts are closed

• All contact sports suspended (except for national events), including basic amateur sports

School

ONLY FOR THE RED ZONES

• Nurseries, micro-nurseries, preschools, elementary schools and only the first year of middle schools are open, continuing teaching in person.

• 100% distance learning for all other schools

FOR ALL OF ITALY

• 100% online teaching (distance learning) for high schools
  
• Kindergarten, elementary and middle schools open for in person but with the obligation to wear a mask starting at 6 years old

• Stop to school trips

Recreational Activities

• Closing of all theme and amusement parks (such as Gardaland, Mirabilandia)

• Closing of game rooms, betting rooms, bingo halls and casinos
• Suspended activities in theaters, cinemas and concerts

• Expos and museum services open to the public are suspended
• Conventions and congresses suspended

• Religious services are to be carried out in compliance with the protocols given by the Government and by the respective confessions

• Activities that take place in dance halls and discos and similar venues, outdoors or indoors are suspended

• Parties are prohibited indoors and outdoors, including those resulting from civil and religious ceremonies.
